Healthy Shamrock Shake


March means St. Patrick's Day, the time of year for wearing green and for one of our favorite fun snacks, the Shamrock Shake!


Ingredients

1 cup ice

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup Vanilla Icelandic yogurt

2 cups baby spinach

4 fresh mint leaves

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup milk, or non-dairy alternative

Optional:

Chocolate syrup

Whipped cream

Dark chocolate shavings

Nuts


Preparations

Add all ingredients, one by one in the order listed, into your blender and blend until smooth.

Top with whipped cream.

Enjoy!
