Dryland- On The Track Chain Run

• Runners line up in a single file and run one in front of the other.

• The group run in a consistent pace

• Once the group gets to straightaway, the front runner shouts GO and the person that is last in the line jumps to the outside lane and sprints to the front- passing everyone in line.

• That runner falls into place as the leader of the pack and resume the average speed. Once they get to the next straightaway the front runner shouts GO.

• Repeat until every runner is leader twice.
