Pumpkin Pancakes

1 Egg

1 Cup Flour

1 Can Pumpkin Puree (14oz)

1 Tbsp Sugar

3 tsps Baking Powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Salt

3/4 Cup Milk

2 Tbsp Melted Butter

Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Add milk, egg, and melted butter.

Whisk until smooth.

Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle or skillet.

Cook on both sides.

Serve with butter and maple syrup.
