Ingredients
3 Cups Shredded or Cubed Chicken
1½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Chopped Onion
½ Cup Chopped Celery
1 Cup of Red Grapes Cut in half
3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Tarragon
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
Directions
In large bowl whisk mayonnaise, lemon, tarragon, parsley, salt and pepper. Fold in chicken, onion, celery and grapes. Cover and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Great in a pita, on bread or on a bed of lettuce.
