Calming Potion Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup Icelandic Style Yogurt

  • ½ cup milk of Your choice

  • ½ cup 100% canned pumpkin puree

  • 1½ teaspoons maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ Turmeric

  • 3 to 5 ice cubes


Blend ingredients until smooth.
Top With Pumpkin Seeds.
